For some women, men of the same age cannot live up to an older man. However, you may not be sure how to flirt with one. After all, an older man is in a different stage of his life and may not have much in common. Fortunately, talking with a man of that nature has more to do with showing you safe in your youth than having experiences of life in common.

If he never raises the issue of age difference, that's fine. Talking about other things will suggest that you are not attracted to people because of their age. ·         Financial stability should not be the center of conversation. Think of all the other things that older men can offer, such as emotional stability, perspective and quieter lifestyle.

Let him decide if he wants to talk about his work. Different men will have different approaches to deal with the issue of financial stability. Let her choose how much she wants to reveal about her job.

·         If you guide the conversation to the topic of work, you might wonder if you flirt with it just because you think its rich.

·         On the other hand, you may want to show your excellent work. Let him use it as a flirting asset, just as you use your youth.

Shows financial independence whether you have an excellent job or not, you may not want to talk to a younger woman if you think you need financial support. Even if he chooses not to talk about his work, make room to talk about yours.

·         Of course, do not talk about the details of your salary. However, talking about your work will allow you to subtly know that you are a hardworking woman who can take care of herself.

·         If you are in a bar and he tries to pay your bill, thank him but smile. Say something like "You're so sweet, but you do not have to!"

Respect their opinions. If there is one thing that adults of all ages agree on, there is nothing more irritating than a younger person who thinks he knows more. While you do not have to agree with everything he says, do not contradict him constantly. Some people worry about growing "without having contact" with current ways of thinking as they get older. You want to make him feel "experienced," but not "old."

·         A good way to deal with a difference of opinion is to treat it as a learning experience. Instead of emphasizing disagreements, ask him to explain why he thinks of that particular form.

·         Listen carefully and openly. You do not have to change your mind, but you will have shown him that you respect him enough to want to understand him.

·         Of course, if he holds personal opinions that you consider offensive, do not hesitate to reprimand him and get away. Do not sacrifice your principles just for having an appointment with someone.
